The platform allows students to be fully mobile with tools to help engage and help them take ownership of their careers development and choices ahead. GroFar is personalised with assignments & certificates, allowing skills development & profiling tools, as well as including the ability to create Action plans, goal setting, personal statement & C.V. downloads.
GroFar has been designed specifically to help schools and Colleges meet the Gatsby Benchmarks. Please see the attached information sheet on how GroFar will support this:

Students are able to access the system through desktop and mobile app allowing it to be fully accessible in and outside of school. They will engage in a digital logbook for them to manage their placements, action plans, targets, and log hours and experience at the touch of a button.
