GroFar enables students to have their own Careers Passport. It enables both staff and students to Plan, track, evidence, and evaluate a high-quality Careers Education, PSHE & Enrichment provision; linking to the Gatsby Benchmarks.
The platform allows students to be fully mobile with tools to help engage and help them take ownership of their careers development and choices ahead. GroFar is personalised with assignments & certificates, allowing skills development & profiling tools, as well as including the ability to create Action plans, goal setting, personal statement & C.V. downloads.
GroFar has been designed specifically to help schools and Colleges meet the Gatsby Benchmarks. Please see the attached information sheet on how GroFar will support this:

Students are able to access the system through desktop and mobile app allowing it to be fully accessible in and outside of school. They will engage in a digital logbook for them to manage their placements, action plans, targets, and log hours and experience at the touch of a button.
